A Better Boil — No MSG, No Fake Stuff

We grew up on crawfish boils. Crab boils. Shrimp boils. Down here, that’s not a trend — it’s just how weekends go. You throw the pot on, invite the family, and everybody eats.
If you’ve ever used Zatarain’s or one of those store-bought bags, you know the taste. It’s salty. It’s strong. But it’s also full of stuff we didn’t grow up putting in our boil — MSG, preservatives, and flavors you can’t pronounce.
That’s why we made Crawdaddy Seasoning.
Real Louisiana Flavor, None of the Junk
This isn’t some “inspired by Louisiana” blend from a warehouse up north. This is made by real Cajuns, in Louisiana, with real ingredients.
Bullet List:
MSG
Additives
Artificial lemon
Mystery powders
We use none of that. Just a clean, bold boil with real spice, real citrus, and the kind of heat that creeps up just right.
Why We Don’t Do It Like the Big Brands
Brands like Zatarain’s and Louisiana Fish Fry have their place — but let’s call it what it is: mass-produced seasoning with filler. They load it up with too much salt, artificial flavor, and just enough kick to say it’s Cajun.
We’re not here for that.
Crawdaddy is made for people who want a better seafood boil. Whether it’s crawfish, crab, or shrimp, our blend hits different — not because it’s louder, but because it’s cleaner.
That Lemon Bite You Can Actually Taste
One thing folks always tell us — “It tastes real.”
That’s because it is. We use real lemon, not lemon flavoring. Real heat, not cheap red powder. And we balance it so the spice builds, not blinds.
Whether you're doing a crawfish boil in the backyard or throwing some shrimp in a pot, this is how it’s meant to taste.
Made by Cajuns, for Anyone Ready to Do It Right
If you're looking for an alternative to Zatarain’s or any of that other salty stuff, give us a shot.
Crawdaddy isn’t trying to be fancy. We’re just trying to bring back the real boil — the kind we grew up on. No MSG. No shortcuts. Just bold, all-natural Cajun flavor.
